Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio’s fitness team, set the energy, and drive member engagement. You will manage coaching staff, schedule, and delivery of pre-designed workouts to uphold an exceptional member experience.

This role requires 1–2 years of coaching and leadership in a boutique setting, current fitness and CPR/AED certifications, and a willingness to work 40 hours including mornings, weekends, and events in a Canada studio.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved providers list.
• Must have current CPR/AED certification.
• 1–2 years of coaching in a boutique fitness studio.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fitness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, high-energy studio environment.
• Manage coaching staff schedule and performance.
• Hire, train, and educate new OTF coaches.
• Oversee class schedule and MBO system management.
• Meet KPI targets for the fitness team.
• Communicate with members and lead regular staff meetings.
• Handle member concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Work 40 hours with 15–18 classes per week, including varied shifts.
• Support sales and marketing events and studio tours.
• Participate in at least two classes per week in the home studio.
