Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Coach located in Calgary, AB. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading and managing the store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing store performance. Key day-to-day tasks include team development, staff training, goal setting, and performance evaluations. The Head Coach will also oversee inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies to meet the company's standards and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leadership, and staff development
• Proficiency in store operations, inventory management, and merchandising
• Strong sales skills and ability to develop effective sales strategies
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and capability to handle challenging situations
• Previous experience in retail, particularly in sports or athleisure, is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
