Browns Socialhouse Regina is looking for a Kitchen Manager who is interested in working in a dynamic and face-paced environment with the opportunity to be part of our growth and expansion. We are looking for someone who is a strong line cook and leads by example. This person highly values the importance of creating a strong relationship with the Owner/Operator.Role/Responsibilities:-Continuously learn, observe and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations-Consistently execute food to our exact specifications and within our time standards-Manage food, kitchen labor, and other kitchen-related costs-Oversee inventory and ordering, meeting budget targets, and conducting a food cost analysis-Manage prep inventory-Supervise menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control-Ensure food delivery to our guests meets timing standards-Continually train, develop and motivate quality employees-Maintain kitchen labor and food costs to agreed-upon levels-Ensure high-quality food production and presentation-Make certain that proper food safety practices are being followedRequirements:-Work well in a fast-paced environment-Effective communication skills, both written and oral-Ability to problem-solve effectively-Excellent organizational skills-Demonstrate a professional attitude and foster a fun and collaborative environment-A genuine ability to train, develop and motivate others-Kitchen systems focus in a corporate environment-Flexible work hours-Possess a passion for food quality and an eye for detail-Able to use Microsoft Office and other required computer programs-Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high volume kitchen-Red Seal certification is also highly regarded-Please provide a resume and references.Total job compensation ( base / bonus / other ) is 65k +Food AllowanceAn opportunity to grow with the company as it executes its vision.Visit us online at www.brownssocialhouse.com to learn more about our exciting restaurants.We thank all candidates for their applications; however, we will contact only those we intend to interview.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Extended health careWork Location: In person
