We seek a dedicated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our banquet and restaurant dining to the next level.
As our Head Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented leader capable of executing small, medium, and large-scale events while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced banquet environment.
- Ensure restaurant food quality and presentation consistently meet high standards.
- Develop and execute innovative, high-quality menus tailored to a variety of events.
- Ensure all food preparation meets exceptional standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and supplier relations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and management to create customized dining experiences.
- Manage multiple events and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef preferably in a banquet or event-focused environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong expertise in menu design, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
- A creative, detail-oriented approach to culinary innovation and execution.
