Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards.
  2. Develop and implement seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining customer favorites.
  3. Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, food handling, and compliance with health regulations.
  4. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to enhance their skills and promote teamwork.
  5. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
