A local Vietnamese restaurant in Kelowna is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations. Responsibilities include demonstrating cooking techniques, creating recipes, instructing staff, and planning menus. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine. This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
- Create and plan new recipes for the menu.
- Instruct cooks in food preparation and presentation.
