Head Chef

Eganridge Resort, Country Club & Spa is looking for a new Head Chef. The qualified candidate should have a fine dining background, exceptional food taste and appearance, experience managing a kitchen, be excellent in high-stress situations, and be comfortable running events for up to 200 guests.

Summary

As the Head Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality culinary experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional food preparation, cooking, and service standards. With your extensive kitchen experience and strong team management skills, you will cultivate a positive work environment while maintaining efficient restaurant management practices. Your expertise in the food industry will drive menu innovation and uphold food safety regulations, making you an essential asset in our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
