Job summary

RONA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead our front-line team and ensure excellent customer service at our Canada location. You will oversee register coverage, store inventory, and daily procedures while training staff on company programs and initiatives.

The role emphasizes supervision, attention to detail, and hands-on leadership to maintain high service standards and smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• 1 year of team supervision
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are maintained
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing issues
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
