Position Overview

The front-end associate will proactively guide customers to open registers, assist at checkouts, and ensure accurate, timely transactions using our GET checkout process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Satisfaction: Greet customers, engage during transactions, thank them for their business, and recommend services like Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, and Pro Services.
2. Safety & Security: Follow safety and loss prevention policies, and processes to mitigate shrink and protect assets.
