Your Role:

• Supervise front-line staff to maintain service standards
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Handle refunds and monitor cash drawer
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Assist customers and resolve issues to ensure excellent service
• Train and promote company programs (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Mentor new associates
• Perform other tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
