As a Head Cashier, you will ensure exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line teams. Your organization, attention to detail, and communication skills will help train associates to make every visit positive.

Your role:

• Supervise front-end staff to maintain service standards
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Handle refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Assist customers and address issues to provide excellent service
• Understand, train, and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Perform other tasks to ensure smooth store operations

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• At least 1 year of team supervision experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
