The role requires expert espresso technique, latte art, and deep knowledge of origins and roasting. You will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the shop's community reputation in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Barista, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expertise in espresso machine operation, grinding, dosing, tamping, and milk steaming.
• Proficiency in latte art and various brewing methods (e.g., pour-over, Aeropress).
• Strong understanding of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and roasting processes.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and other coffee drinks with precision and artistry, including latte art.
• Manage daily coffee bar operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient workflow.
• Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee knowledge, brewing techniques, and customer service standards.
• Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other bar supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.
