Job summary

Lake Excavating Ltd. in Williams Lake, BC is seeking Experienced Rigid-Framed & Articulating Haul Unit Operators to join our growing team.

You will work on civil pipe installation, earthworks, mining, and road construction projects in the Williams Lake area with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. We offer competitive wages from $32 to $36 per hour, extended health benefits, and opportunities for training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on civil, mining or earthworks sites is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and long shifts, including weekends.
• Vigilance in safety, maintenance, and log keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate rigid frame and articulated haul trucks in various job sites.
• Perform labour tasks when required, including shoveling, fueling, greasing, and cleaning equipment.
• Meet crew schedules and adapt to changes due to weather or client requirements.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and maintain clean equipment and logs.
