Harpers Landing in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You will ensure top-quality food, lead with HACCP-compliant practices, and develop team members in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of operational experience in a high volume kitchen.
• Superior knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication, social and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Food quality is at the highest standards for food quality and plating specifications.
• Drive knowledge around our food and beverage program, as well as hospitality and salesmanship.
