Hardscape Technical Advisor (Remote position)

Annual Salary : $80,000-$95,000 CAD + Bonus

Position Overview :

The Hardscape Technical Advisor will facilitate the use of Organic-Lock Stabilized Aggregate in landscape projects mainly in North America but also internationally. The role involves providing guidance to clients such as landscape contractors and architects, ensuring the effective application of our products, and supporting our mission of sustainable landscape solutions globally.

This role involves collaboration with experienced professionals, including our CEO, and offers the flexibility of remote work. Periodic travel to project sites across North America and abroad will be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess architectural specifications and drawings for product suitability.
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Provide technical support to sales, partners, and clients regarding product installation and use.
• Participate in and lead technical webinars via Zoom.
• Work with landscape architects and contractors to solve project-specific challenges.
• Conduct site visits for installation oversight and technical support.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training.
• Collaborate with R&D for product feedback and development.
• Support licensed dealers in product formulation and application.

Training :

Envirobond offers comprehensive paid training to familiarize the candidate with technical aspects of the product and market landscape.

Travel :

While much work can be done remotely, periodic travel for site visits will be included.

Additional Responsibilities :

Maintain communication with project stakeholders, provide ongoing technical support, and ensure proper product blending and installation.

Experience :

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Diplomas may be considered.
• 3-5 years in a technical role within construction or landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• High proficiency in AI and technical software like CAD and Microsoft Office.

Compensation :

• Salary: $80,000-$95,000 CAD plus quarterly project commissions.
• All travel expenses covered.
• 3-month probation period.
