Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew in the installation of pavers, retaining walls, patios, and other hardscape features.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to high-quality standards.
- Train and mentor apprentices and crew members to improve team performance.
- Operate and oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Manage job site organization, safety, and workflow.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
- In the winter, participate in remote work opportunities such as software training, sales, writing, and content creation (if interested).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in hardscape installation.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a crew.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in hardscape construction.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
