Job summary

IPG in Truro, NS is seeking a Handsyperson / Maintenance Helper to keep our facility safe and well‑maintained. This hands-on role involves routine maintenance, minor repairs, and supporting skilled trades across the site.

You will work with tools, follow instructions, and contribute to a clean, safe workplace. Full-time hours Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with on-site benefits and a team‑oriented culture focused on safety and quality workmanship.

Role Overview

As a Handyperson / Maintenance Helper, you'll help keep our facility safe, functional, and well-maintained. This hands‑on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining buildings and equipment. You'll perform routine maintenance, make minor repairs, and support skilled tradespeople with a variety of projects throughout the facility.
