Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar in home improvement.
• Strong knowledge of common tools, materials, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform handyman tasks across carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

• Perform a variety of handyman tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Must have experience in kitchen,bathroom and basement renovations.
• Install and repair cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures with precision.
• Basement and Bathroom renovation experience needed
• Framing and Deck Building experience is needed.
• Roofing experience is needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in project planning and provide accurate estimates for labor and materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for home improvement.
