Arrow Workforce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, assign tasks, and support associates to ensure smooth operations. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities include coordinating receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory, training staff, and utilizing RF scanners and order pickers to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Warehouse lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory.
• Assign tasks and monitor team productivity to meet daily targets.
• Train, guide, and support warehouse associates.
• Operate order pickers and forklifts as required.
• Assist with inventory counts, loading and unloading trailers.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
