Job summary

Compass Point Contracting Ltd is seeking a Site Lead to oversee field operations across multiple construction projects. You will coordinate crews, maintain productivity, enforce safety, and collaborate with the Site Superintendent to meet schedules and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of construction experience, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and experience across commercial, civil, site servicing, and new construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with leadership or foreperson experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead medium to small crews while actively involved in day-to-day construction activities.
• Experience with diverse projects including commercial, civil, site servicing, excavation, and new construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise medium to small field crews, ensuring work is completed safely and to specs.
• Actively assist with fieldwork alongside the crew and lead by example.
• Coordinate daily activities, equipment, materials and manpower to meet schedules.
