SupremeX Inc. is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, multi-shift converting environment on the production floor. You will drive throughput, schedule discipline, safety, and continuous improvement, mentoring supervisors, operators and maintenance teams while maintaining stability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading hourly production teams across multiple shifts.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management and problem-solving.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on leadership with accountability and floor management.
• Willingness to support off-shift operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts to meet production targets and schedules.
• Monitor KPIs like output, labour efficiency, downtime, spoilage, and attendance; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and lead safety investigations and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement to uptime, changeover efficiency and throughput.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors, leads, adjusters and operators.
• Support workforce management including recruitment, onboarding and attendance discipline.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Sales, Customer Service, Maintenance, HR and Finance to align priorities.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor and ensure consistent execution.
