Job summary

Our client, a small manufacturing company in Delta, British Columbia, seeks an HR Manager to support a growing team. The role spans hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR needs, with a hands-on, practical approach to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll work with leadership across the business, handle recruitment, resolve workplace concerns, and help manage health and safety, payroll changes, and orientation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR Partner role.
• Experience in manufacturing or hands-on work environment is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of BC employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment from posting jobs to onboarding new employees.
• Work with managers on employee concerns, attendance, performance issues and conflicts.
• Maintain up-to-date HR files, records and policies.
