• Physically capable of heavy lifting and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skilled construction labour tasks independently and in support of the broader site team.
• Assist team with general labour duties to support site operations.
• Operate advanced power tools and machinery (jackhammers, concrete mixers, compactors, power saws).
• Assist in site preparation, material handling, demolition, excavation, concrete work and cleanup.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, trades and labourers to maintain an organized site.
• Provide guidance and informal training to junior labourers; enforce safety standards.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Identify and report safety risks promptly.
• Work in all weather and site conditions; perform duties as assigned.
