Job summary

Shakudo is seeking a Solutions Architect to be the technical anchor for customers, architecting production-ready data and AI solutions on the Shakudo platform. You will bridge deep technical expertise with relationship skills, moving between Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud infrastructure, while driving account growth and adoption.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in solution engineering, solution architecture, or a senior engineering role with significant client-facing responsibility.
• Strong Kubernetes and Helm Chart development and deployment experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Backend and frontend experience (e.g., Python, React, TypeScript) — enough to be hands-on when needed.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, solve complex technical problems under pressure, and drive account growth.
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain deep technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions on the Shakudo platform for data and AI challenges in enterprise environments.
• Integrate open-source and proprietary components with the Shakudo platform using Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Build production-ready solutions, not just proofs of concept, that customers rely on in production.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design patterns for platform development.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for assigned accounts and understand their roadmap and pain points.
