Requirements
We require an all-around Handi-Person to assist with various general Labourer jobs on different properties including a ranch, modular home parks, modular home sales, and other commercial buildings until November 30, 2025. We are willing to train the successful candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physically fit
• Able to work independently and as part a team to assist Management
• Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation would be an asset

Duties DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Manually loading/unloading lumber and other materials from a 1/2 ton truck
• Minor carpentry, ability to swing a hammer
• Repairing wood fences
• Small painting jobs
• Grass cutting and yard clean up
• Running equipment - no experience necessary - will train (back-hoe, mini-hoe, loader)
• Assisting management with plumbing and heating repairs (no ticket required)
• Etc.
