Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is seeking a Lead, Lot Attendant to coordinate high-volume vehicle movement across Halifax and OPENLANE storage locations. You will direct attendants on the lot, manage staging, and ensure smooth, safe operations in outdoor conditions.

You’ll oversee end-to-end vehicle flow, optimize parking layouts, and maintain real-time location tracking, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume vehicle flow environments.
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to organize dense parking layouts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in fast-paced conditions.
• Clear, confident communication for directing teams in loud environments.
• Strong decision-making ability under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working between multiple storage locations based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end vehicle movement across intake, staging, service, and delivery zones.
• Coordinate vehicle flow between the Halifax and OPENLANE storage locations.
• Ensure smooth coordination between incoming transport, shop workflow, and outbound deliveries.
• Maintain operational flow across a high-volume environment.
• Lead attendants in real time to ensure consistent execution of parking and movement standards.
