The role requires strong facilitation, documentation, and collaboration across project teams, with a focus on SDLC processes, risk management, and clear communication to drive successful outcomes in Atlantic Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements.
• Facilitation of stakeholder workshops and interviews to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
• Documentation of current and future state processes, requirements, and flows.
• Collaboration with project teams on design, testing, implementation, and change activities.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and interviews to identify business needs, gaps, and opportunities for process and systems improvement.
• Documenting current- and future-state processes, business requirements, process flows, and other supporting artifacts.
• Collaborating with project teams on solution design, testing, implementation, and change activities.
• Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and communicating key findings and recommendations to project and client teams.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive information in accordance with applicable controlled goods and security requirements.
