Job Description: The Site Supervisor is tasked with running the site and the operations of the site to the specifications laid out by the Client Service Manager (CSM), the client and the policies and procedures of Paladin Security. The Site Supervisor is also to foster a safe and energetic work environment for their team and to ensure their own duties and objectives are fulfilled. The Site Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision and monitoring of all security related duties for their Site which they are in charge of. They are to ensure that all security operations are adhered to and that policies and procedures of both the client and Paladin Security Group are followed. You are responsible for all aspects of Paladin's day to day business at your site; you are the frontline representative and extension of the Paladin Management Team.

Specific Duties:

  1. Run the shift and the staff effectively, including daily paperwork such as audit and review of daily incident reports, daily log sheet, contractor sign in/out sheet, shift sign in log, memo book and monthly audit forms.
  2. Meet operational requirements including escorts, daily unlocks and lock ups, accesses, and emergency response (i.e. Fire alarms, first aid calls, etc).
  3. Ensure all incidents reports written during shifts are legible and accounted for.
  4. Maintain open communication amongst staff and with the CSM.
  5. Ensure the office(s) used by the security team is kept clean and that all binders are audited weekly.
  6. Develop or implement programs, initiatives or changes as needed or requested by the client or CSM.
  7. Ensure the integrity of the key control and passes program.
  8. Check pertinent email accounts and print off necessary memos for appropriate binders.
  9. Conduct regular quality assurance checks with various departments and contacts within the site.
  10. Regularly audit the notebooks of the officers ensuring high quality of security personnel.
  11. Issue disciplinary citations or accolades and forward paperwork to the CSM.
  12. Schedule and ensure staff are attired professionally according to Paladin's policies.
  13. Carry out daily duties including checking emails, discussing events with previous shifts, and ensuring daily paperwork is completed.
  14. Ensure training orientation checklists and needed courses have been completed by all staff.
  15. Collect and analyze metrics on security incidents and activity, publish reports, and make presentations regarding trends in security activity.
  16. Complete employee evaluations in a timely manner.
  17. Attend unscheduled & scheduled meetings and respond to emergencies.
  18. Ensure staff have read and understand Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety Policies & Procedures.
  19. Report deficiencies or site issues to the CSM immediately.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, First Aid/CPR
