Open and close halfway house on golf course, serving guests and members to the standards set by Management
Stocking of food and beverage in the Halfway House
Produce food items to standards set by management
Handle cash and charges for product sold to members and guests
Provide resolution to any member or guest issues/complaints, as required
Responsible for personal shift accounting procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be available to work until November
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Minimum of 1 year customer service/guest contact experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting
Ability to work well under pressure and independently
A self-starter and team player
Previous food & beverage experience is a definite asset
Point of sale experience a benefit
Basic golf etiquette knowledge a definite asset
Smart Serve certification required
Valid drivers license required
Able to work in high demand situations
Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
