Job summary

HairClub in Burlington, Ontario is seeking a licensed stylist to join our team. This role offers a base pay of $20.00 per hour, plus uncapped styling and retail commissions, upsell commissions, and tips for delivering excellent service.

You will work a set schedule Tuesday through Saturday in private rooms, with paid training and growth opportunities through our Stylist Leveling Program. HairClub supports an inclusive, supportive environment and community involvement through our HairClub Cares

Qualifications

• Active Ontario Trade License.
• Skilled at analyzing, consulting and educating clients regarding hair care and products.
• Persuasive selling techniques to educate and encourage client.
• Hyper-focused on exceptional client experience.
• Build professional relationships.
• Manage time to complete responsibilities.
• Flexible to changing schedules and requirements.
• Provide professional and outstanding client service.
• Able to work under time constraints and pressure.
