Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £27,245 - £27,628 per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant, providing essential administrative support to the Area Housing Manager and the broader Housing Services Team. In this role, you will perform a diverse range of administrative tasks, ensuring each is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with council procedures, all while meeting established timescales and deadlines. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload are essential, as is the flexibility to adapt to changing demands. You will be responsible for liaising with customers, internal departments, and key stakeholders, making excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—vital for successful and professional service delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer care.
