An established industry player is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support at-risk females and transgender youth in a nurturing six-bed facility. POSITION TYPE: WEEKENDS (Sat - Sun, 8pm - 8am)
Background: The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and supporting at-risk females and transgender youth aged 13-17 years. The site is a six-bed facility that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering various assessments and support services. All six beds are anticipated to run at a high occupancy rate within short-term and long-term residency. The facility will provide a safe and nurturing environment where young women can experience a strong sense of caring, support, and encouragement while building capacity to achieve their dreams.
