The role in a nutshell:
In this role, you act as a key partner in improving our safety and risk culture. You will work closely with managers, project leads, and HSEC & Human Rights teams to bring risk management strategies to life on the ground. Whether you’re guiding a risk review, supporting compliance activities, or coaching teams in best practices, your focus is always on helping people stay safe and make informed decisions. Through periodic site visits and active engagement, you translate plans into tangible results and turn data into meaningful insights.
More specifically, you will be expected to:

Travel: You will be required to travel around 10% of your time.
Language: Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. The knowledge of French is beneficial.
Location: Corporate office in Toronto 5 days a week.

The expected base salary for this position is 95 000$ to 125 000$, based on competencies, skills, and qualifications and aligned with internal equity. The incumbent will also be eligible to participate in a variable compensation plan (bonus) (note: payment of variable compensation is subject to the terms and conditions of the variable compensation plan and is not guaranteed).
