About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic gymnastics coach to join our team at The Little Gym of Torrance. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate young children while teaching them the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and instruct gymnastics classes for children ages 3 to 12 years old
2. Implement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression
3. Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students
4. Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progress
5. Assist with special events, birthday parties, and other gym activities

Requirements:

1. Prior experience coaching gymnastics or working with children in a similar setting
2. Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
5. Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
