Gym Operations & Growth Coordinator – Lloydminster

We are currently hiring a Gym Operations & Growth Coordinator on behalf of a leading fitness facility in Lloydminster. This pivotal role combines day to day operational management with community-focused business development, playing a critical part in the gym’s continued growth and success.

Reporting to: President

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Coordination

  • Manage schedules and staff accountability across training and front desk roles
  • Foster clear communication and strong team dynamics

Facility Operations

  • Proactively manage equipment, supplies, and maintenance needs
  • Coordinate with service providers to keep everything running smoothly

Class & Program Scheduling

  • Work with coaches and leadership to build schedules based on demand and utilization

Client Experience

  • Be a visible leader who supports members and solves problems
  • Use reporting to identify service improvements and engagement opportunities
  • Build local B2B relationships and drive new client acquisition
  • Represent the gym in the community through events and outreach
