Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Outgoing, friendly, and great with people.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and members in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
• Give club tours and explain membership options and training services.
• Build rapport with potential members and follow up on sales leads.
• Support local marketing and member engagement efforts.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with basic day-to-day tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments, and light cleaning duties.
• Promote a positive club culture by creating a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment.
