Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 7 years relevant progressive IT experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical competencies in design principles, methodologies, tools, and enterprise architecture principles
• Expert knowledge of Guidewire architecture and development practices
• Proficiency in evaluating new technical solutions for the Guidewire platform
• Guidewire certifications will be considered an asset
• Proficiency in English is essential to the duties of this role

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the feasibility of enterprise integration architecture concepts and determine practical approaches to implement and meet business needs.
• Analyze the current application/technology/data environments to detect deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Oversee design of enterprise applications/major infrastructure/data models and provide leadership to define requirements and resolve issues.
• Lead design/code reviews and architectural compliance activities.
• Provide consultation on tasks related to integration or system development and coordinate team activities.
• Research best practices within the Guidewire platform and stay current with its roadmap.
• Develop standards and oversee production configurations for new and shared solutions.
