Job Description

We are seeking a Guidewire Solution Architect to design and oversee the migration of our on-premises Guidewire suited to Guidewire Cloud. The role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on Guidewire experience, and a Guidewire ACE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and solution roadmap for Guidewire Cloud migration.
• Provide technical leadership across Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital, and Data.
• Design integration, data migration, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Ensure alignment with Guidewire Cloud best practices, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with program managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Guide development teams, perform design reviews, and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications

• Guidewire ACE Certification (Cloud specialization preferred).
• 8+ years of Guidewire implementation experience, with 3+ as an Architect.
• Proven expertise in on-prem to cloud migration.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
