A leading technology company is seeking a skilled professional to develop and configure Guidewire Policy Center components in Toronto. Responsibilities include enhancing product lines, collaborating with teams, and managing integrations with external systems. The ideal candidate has experience in Guidewire development and a strong foundation in GOSU programming. This role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Technical Skills:
• Programming Languages: GOSU (Guidewire Object Studio), Java/J2EE.
• Technologies: REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL.
• Tools: Guidewire Studio, Git, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience:
• Proven experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with the PolicyCenter Data Model, Rules Engine, Product Designer, and Rating Engine.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $100K-$130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Qualifications
Guidewire Certified Professional Certification; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus.
