About the Role:
We are seeking a new talent to join our team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a client project focused on workplace safety and insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure software systems end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle as a Guidewire Development Lead.
- Support a client, project, or entity by applying knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that span multiple teams.
- Master proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter is required.
- Proficiency in Guidewire Digital Portals is recommended. Skills in Guidewire Integration with Master, Application Architecture Design, Build Management, and Agile Software Development Lifecycle are suggested at a master level.
- Lead the software development team in implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in software development processes.
- Collaborate with Offshore Teams for technical design, documentation, code development, and other activities.
- Support the delivery team in creating, reviewing, and submitting documentation and acceptance criteria.
Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent.
- At least 5+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- At least 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
- At least 4+ years of full lifecycle Guidewire implementations.
- 2+ years of experience in large-scale, full lifecycle Service-Oriented Architecture implementations.
- Proven experience in integration and data migration solution design.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
