Role Description:

1. Testing IAA, Impact Auto Auctions applications, Guidewire Claim Centre, Guidewire Policy Centre functionality, and API integration between these systems.
2. Batch processes integration from IAA applications, ICBC finance, SAP, and data warehouse.
3. Performing various types of testing including Acceptance, Black box, End to End, Functional, Interactive, Integration, Performance, Regression, Non-functional, and Unit testing.
4. Identify test objectives, develop, and execute test plans.
5. Coordinate and perform integration, functional, regression, and acceptance testing among ITT, testing teams, business stakeholders, ICBC delivery teams, and third-party developers.
6. Create manual test cases from acceptance criteria and execute them, including exploratory testing.
7. Run transactions, validate data records, and perform regression testing.

Required Skill Set:

• Hands-on experience in software testing, especially with Guidewire Claim Center v9, Policy Center, JIRA, HPSM.
• Experience with web services testing, including REST API sync/async messaging.

Desired Skill Set:

• Advanced knowledge of testing techniques and experience with API integration testing methodologies.
• Experience with functional and non-functional requirements validation, End to End testing, Business acceptance testing, System integration testing, and Performance testing.
