Role Description:

1. Providing expert-level technical knowledge in the design, configuration, development, and delivery of software applications.
2. Investigating and resolving production issues related to applications.
3. Providing estimates for business cases, impact assessments, projects, and action requests.
4. Developing automation methods, identifying performance and capacity requirements, and implementing development tools to improve efficiency.

Required Skill Set:

• Expert experience with Guidewire Claim Center version 9 and cloud-based Claim Center.
• Experience using GWCC accelerators for version 9 and cloud, specifically for Auto Impact or Copart.
• Exposure to security frameworks like SSO, IDP, LDAP, AD.
• Strong API integration skills, including OAuth 2.0, MQ, FTP, SOAP.
• Expertise in Java, C#, C++, SQL/Oracle, XML, data modeling, version control (SVN, GitHub), JIRA, web development.
• Experience with DevOps, build and release management, migration tools (Jenkins, SPLUNK).
• Proficiency in testing, debugging, and enterprise architecture, including web services and messaging queues.
• Experience in production support, incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
