Job summary

Galent is seeking a skilled Guidewire Developer to participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, and implementation for the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform. You will design and implement changes using Gosu, develop batch jobs, and maintain destinations and pub/sub models.

• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter development and testing.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and high-level designs.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering and review evolving business needs.
• Develop code components in Gosu for Guidewire ClaimCenter changes.
• Develop Guidewire ClaimCenter batch jobs and CC destinations.
• Fix defects and write unit tests using GUnit per process.
• Coordinate with architects, QA, and business users to resolve issues.
• Lead defect reviews and production support activities to meet SLAs.
• Prepare deployment and status reports for stakeholders.
