Job Description
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for all PolicyCenter-related initiatives.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Personal Lines products and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and configuration teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Support policy configuration, product modeling, rating setup, and ADL processes within PolicyCenter.
  • Work cross-functionally to align PolicyCenter integrations with ClaimsCenter and BillingCenter.
  • Participate in user story creation, grooming, and acceptance testing in an Agile environment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and provide functional expertise for enhancements and defect fixes.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, particularly in Rating, Product Model, and Account Data Load (ADL). They possess a strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance, have exposure to ClaimsCenter and BillingCenter, and excel at translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories within Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and solution delivery.
