Job summary

The Guideway Superintendent will support the Elevated Guideways and Stations Contract for The Ontario Line (OL). The role requires deep civil and bridge infrastructure expertise, strong leadership and the ability to manage design, schedule, budget, risk and regulatory interfaces on site.

Based in Toronto, this position involves coordinating field activities with ACCIONA and Amico teams to deliver safe, compliant construction aligned with project standards and approvals.

Job description

The Guideway Superintendent will support the Elevated Guideways and Stations Contract ("EGS") of The Ontario Line ("OL"). The Primary Construction Team for this project consists of ACCIONA Infrastructure Canada Inc. (ACCIONA) and Amico Major Projects Inc. (Amico), as Trillium Guideway Partners (TGP).

The Guideway Superintendent will ensure that the construction activities, from a field level, are managed and executed per the approved design, schedule, budget, standards and specifications. This position requires an experienced construction professional with a deep understanding of Civil and Bridge Infrastructure, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to navigate complex design, schedule, estimation, risk and stakeholder relationships and regulatory processes.
