Team Overview

This role establishes the foundation for the Guest Support teams to meet SLAs through quantitative analysis, creating short-term interaction forecasts, and determining staffing needs for global volume-driven roles in DE and GEC. The analyst understands how forecasting impacts workforce management and operations, providing clear insights and storytelling to leadership and cross-functional teams, and adapting proactively to business trends.

Core Responsibilities
  • Create long- and short-range forecasts for NAM and global GECs, including EMEA and volume-driven support roles.
  • Assess and implement near-term adjustments to the GEC labor model based on sales forecasts and interaction trends.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on forecast performance and key drivers.
  • Propose and align forecasting revisions and budgets considering upcoming initiatives and trends.
  • Lead meetings with Guest Support leadership and cross-functional partners, communicating insights effectively.
  • Drive discussions with partners (e.g., Distribution Centres, Marketing) to inform short-term forecast adjustments.
  • Design and execute Guest Support forecasts within WFM scheduling software.
  • Support capacity planning for frontline teams and develop department reports on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years experience in Workforce Management, forecasting, or capacity planning.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel; PowerBI, SQL, and Python skills preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The typical salary range is CA$66,000–CA$86,600 annually, based on market, experience, and internal equity. Benefits include health and dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement matching, employee discounts, fitness classes, and more, with eligibility requirements and potential changes.

Workplace Arrangement

Onsite work required at least 4 days per week to foster collaboration and culture.
