Guest Services Representative

America’s Keswick is a ministry where biblical teaching is used to cultivate a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through Addiction Recovery, Conferences, Retreats, Events, and Outreach.

The purpose of America’s Keswick is to model and teach biblical victorious living in Christ Jesus, to provide an environment in which biblical life transformation takes place, and to foster active personal involvement in the local church.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Guest Services Representative will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all guests and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from guests.
  4. Provide information about our facilities, conferences, day events, and hosting a group retreat.
  5. Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  6. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  7. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
  8. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
  9. Process payments and manage cash and credit card transactions.
  10. Uphold organizational policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. A mature believer in Jesus Christ in agreement with America’s Keswick’s doctrinal statement.
  3. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work a 40-hours week, including weekends and holidays.
  6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  8. A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  9. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds.
  10. Other miscellaneous duties as may be requested by the supervisor.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

This position reports to the Guest Services Manager.

HOURS:

This position is full-time and will require some nights and weekends.
