Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a friendly guest-services professional for the Grand Villa Casino in Burnaby. This casual, weekend/holiday-friendly role offers an hourly wage of CAD 19.71 and the chance to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will greet guests, share event details, enroll them in the rewards program, and support on-site promotions. A minimum of one year in a related field and strong communication, organization, and computer skills

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a related field.
• Proven high level of customer service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer programs and mathematical skills.
• Ability to obtain registration with provincial gaming regulator.
• Friendly, personable energy and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
• Excellent communicator able to discuss events and promotions with guests.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, positive demeanor with everyone you meet.
