General Description
Under limited supervision, the Guest Services Representative is the first point of contact for guests visiting the Fort Chipewyan Aquatics Centre. The incumbent delivers customer service to all patrons and provides support to other staff as needed. This position is in the Hamlet of Fort Chipewyan and is approximately 223 Kilometers north of Fort McMurray. All candidates will be considered for this role, however local applicants will be given preference.
As an employee of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, the incumbent is responsible for understanding and actively participating in the RMWB’s health and safety management system, and complying with all policies, practices, and procedures.
