Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited in Edmonton is seeking a guest whisperer, a friendly, patient customer service pro who stays calm in a busy setting and ensures guests have an exceptional experience.

This part-time position offers $18.05 per hour and involves meeting guests, answering inquiries, sharing information on events and promotions, and enrolling customers in the rewards loyalty program to support on-site events and entertainment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
• Proven high level of customer service.
• Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer programs and mathematical skills.
• Ability to obtain registration with provincial gaming regulatory body.
• Friendly and personable energy and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
• Excellent communicator who can discuss events and promotions with guests.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, positive demeanour with everyone you meet.
